Based in Basildon my client provides healthcare data,education and information on the NHS, Pharmaceutical and Life sciences industries.

My client is looking for someone with a confident and articulate phone manner with experience of researching and gathering information as you will be working to gain information on a variety of healthcare topics.

You will be a confident using Word Excel and Access and any experience of the collection and quality assurance of quantitative and qualitative information would be fabulous

You will need a very confident telephone manner and really enjoy talking to people on the phone, as your work will include both telephone and desk research. As well as this you will help with the end to end research process into potential market products, including quoting, scoping and analysing and distributing the data you've gained to ensure it meets the overall objective of the research task.

You need to be someone who is experienced in tracking changes and developing core data to keep up to date with changes

Experience in a telephone research role and you will also need to be able to demonstrate experience of working with, and providing insight from, a range of information and data sources.

Excellent communication skills are essential and a sound knowledge of MS Products and it would be great if you have :

- Web and document based research
- The NHS, devolved and Republic of Ireland healthcare structures and sectors
- Data protection principles, with particular reference to GDPR
