Job Description
**Temp to Perm Customer Service Role**
My client based in Wigan is looking for a team of customer service agents to join their ever expanding team, Providing excellent customer service to all new and existing clients with bookings & query's.
You will be the first point of contact for any customer needing support or advice with orders, over the telephone, email, live web chat and social media platforms.

-GOOD LISTENING SKILLS
-EMPATHETIC
-GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK
-LIVE WEBCHAT EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE
SHIFT PATTERN
Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00 and 16:00- 00:00.
You must be available to do all of the 3 above shifts.
