Meter Reader
Location: Peterhead AB41-43
We also have part time opportunities in the Skye and Shetland areas.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established organization as a Meter Reader.

Full training will be provided and no previous experience is required.

You will ideally have worked in a customer service based or driving based role previously and enjoy working with people. The role will involve:

Managing your own workload and working independently; you will work within a 10-30 mile radius from your home - mileage fully expensed weekly & in some cases a company car will be provided. You will be reading gas and electricity meters as well as completing visual safety checks.

This is a full time, ongoing temporary role and you will be required to work 37 hours per week. Hours are completely flexible and can be carried out anytime between Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm. You will be required to visit both domestic and commercial properties to obtain data reading from gas and electricity meters.

To be suitable for this Meter Reader role, the following is essential:

- Full UK driving licence (Drivers)
- Able to pass a DBS and Criminal Record check
- Have 5 years worth of References and steady work
- Self-motivated, customer focused and presentable
