Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing person to join a very successful team, for a temporary contract over the next 4-6 months, with the potential for extension.

The post holder will provide administration and customer service taking lots of inbound calls and making calls to organisations with outstanding balances that need to be paid. You will be required to deal with enquires from organisations offering guidance and advice on a helpline and maintain records.

We are looking for a strong administrator who can manage their own work load on a daily basis and can deal with a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate needs to be fully competent on the computer as you will be required to record data in various IT packages. Strong and effective communication skills, particularly providing clear advice over the telephone.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:00
Temporary: 4-6 months
£10.60 per hour

Are you a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner? Able to work calmly and under pressure? Have good organisational & administration skills? Have a strong attention to detail? Are computer literature including in MS Office packages? Are keen to learn new skills and develop? Well this is the job for you!
