Job Description

We`re a full service waste and recycling company with a steady client base of commercial organisations to help implement cost effective ways of disposing of waste.

We are a fun company with a family run feel who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/ Logistics support role to come and join our friendly team of 4 directing into the Operations.

As Customer Service support you will be delivering the best service over the phone and email, taking bookings, liaising with contractors responding to queries whilst developing relationships with internal and external customers.

Other duties involve:
-Processing all service booking
-liaise with Contractors to resolve queries
-Maintain accurate records of customer details
-Other office duties on request

Are you right for this role?

We're looking for someone with a Customer Service office background who has also had exposure to logistics.
You will be computer literate being competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Dynamics.
You will have excellent telephone manner being able to speak with people of all levels.
Ability to problem solve.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5:30. Also comes with Standard pension, 24 days holiday as well as on site parking.
