Customer Service / Marketing Assistant - Fluent in Danish / Swedish or both

£18,000 -£20,000pa DOE

Looking to join a stable business situated in a picturesque part of Shropshire?

Do you have your own transport?

Working hours are 8am -4.15pm Monday - Friday, however my client will consider part time hours for the right candidate.

The Role

You will deal with customer queries via phone & email

Resolving queries in a professional timely manner

You will process customer orders over the phone

You will provide clients with alternative products for out of stock items

You will monitor social media accounts and respond to online questions or queries

You will update online catalogues ensuring information is up to date and new products are added in a timely manner

You

Will have previous customer service experience

Be able to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds & accuracy levels

Be able to converse in Swedish, Danish or both

Have a sound working knowledge of MS Office

Have effective written & verbal communication skills

Due to the location of my client you will need your own transport
