Job Description

Are you looking for your next opportunity with a well-established company in Telford?

Our client has over twenty years trading experience in its sector, and is looking for an enthusiastic customer services representative with the energy and drive to maximise high end sales.

You will have excellent word and excel experience, with the confidence to approach customers and offer advice on products. You will be advising customers of additional products available, with a view to upsell.

You will be taking and recording orders in person and over the phone, entering customer orders in databases and collating information. You will be operating a cash register and processing card payments.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience selling high end products, upselling and advising customers of products and services - Training on products will be given.

Approx. 22 hours initially, increasing to full time hours for the right candidate - Accrued holiday pay and generous commission on up-sales in addition to basic salary. Working between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm on a 4 week rota (2/4 Saturdays to be worked with a day off in the week). Sunday working hours seasonal Mar-Sept
