Brook Street is very pleased to be working with a well known and respected company in their search for a Sales Administrator based in the Brough park industrial estate Newcastle.
This exciting opportunity is on a Temporary to Permanent basis with full time hours available. The hours of work are 39.5 hours per week/Mon-Fri 8am - 4.45pm.
Your day-to-day duties could include:
Generating sales leads from customer promotions, cold calling customers & prospective customers.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers
Making appointments of behalf of the external sales team
Answering customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face
Processing orders, credit checks and payments
Sending out invoices and other paperwork
Updating customer records
Checking stock and re-ordering supplies
Providing after-sales support
