Are you a self-motivated person looking for Customer Service summer work?

My Shrewsbury based client are looking for a candidate to provide sales, customer service and administrative support to there growing sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, dynamic and conscientious individual who works well on their own initiative and as part of a team.

You MUST HAVE your own transport due to the company being in an attractive country side location with ample parking

You will be confident to deliver first-class customer service, dealing with enquiries through various channels, to include; telephone, email & face-to-face and via live web chat. You will receive training on the products to upsell confidently wherever possible.

Other duties include:
Monitoring and responding to online reviews and service feedback,
Putting forward ideas for new products and suggesting improvements to existing products
Accurately recording customer data in accordance with legal requirements under the Data Protection Act
Marketing Support (when required)
Meeting, greeting and helping customers and visitors in the reception area
Supporting the Head of Customer Service with any other duties, as required in the context of the role

You will need to be confident, self-motivated and available over the summer

You will be working Monday-Friday 8.45am - 5pm
Pay £8.21 per hour + holiday pay etc.
