Customer Service/Sales Advisor

Coventry CV6
40.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday

Brook Street Coventry are supporting a business based in Coventry (CV6) that are looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their current well performing team.

For this position you will ideally have come from a Customer Service background (call centre/inbound) and enjoy speaking with several different people building long term relationships.

Overall responsibilities will include:
Liaising with customers over the phone, fax or email
Responding to any enquiries
Processing orders ensuring correct delivery dates are met
Building long term relationships with customers to ensure they are receiving the best service possible


Main skills required:
Experience and knowledge working in a Customer Service position - call centre, inbound/outbound
Excellent attention to detail
Strong relationship builder
Are motivated achieving personnel and professional goals
Be highly organised
Computer literate
C grade minimum GCSE or above in Maths and English
A good and reliable work ethic
Be confident, outgoing and enthusiastic
