We have an amazing vacancy with an award winning Halifax based company that may just be what you`re looking for!

Due to year on year growth, our client are looking to recruit an additional customer service advisor to join their friendly team.

They offer a fantastic shift pattern of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, with one Saturday a month on a morning or evening shift. There's also plenty of non contractual overtime available if you're looking to boost your money.

Within the role you`ll be acting as a first point of contact to a wide range of customers, answering queries and providing advice and guidance.
You`ll troubleshoot for the customer and schedule engineers to sites within correct SLAs.

This is a fast paced role, with plenty of multitasking and organising, no two days will be the same!

We`re looking for the following skills and experience;
Experience in a fast paced, customer service role with high inbound call volumes
Solutions focused customer service skills
Computer savvy.
Clear, confident telephone manner and ability to develop lasting relationships
Any experience managing diaries and scheduling engineers would be a distinct advantage!

In return you`ll be offered a salary of £16,000 - £17,000
