Job Description

Do you have a good attention to detail and have experience of working under pressure? Do you have Customer Service/Administration experience? If you do then this could be a great role for you!

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their busy team. This role is hybrid working and all equipment will be provided.

They are looking for someone who is very organised, has a good attention to detail, who is proactive, hardworking and works well under pressure. This is a very busy and diverse role.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
  • Ensuring all data is inputted correctly and efficiently into the systems
  • Provide reports where necessary
