Job Description

adhoc temporary vacancies for approacble, customer service/reception individuals to support a univeristy of arts student accomodation complex in south and west london. You will be a lead point of contact for out of hours and day time shifts.

A high level of customer service and understanding is required to help students with questions about the site, postal queries, accommodation enquiries, private hotel bookings, and general day to day support.
We want to ensure all residents and guests receive a quality service and lifestyle experience that supports their time at the accommodation

At these London sites there are both day and night shifts.

Night shifts start between 6pm and 7 pm and end between 6 am and 7 am

In adition to looking after reception area, you will be required to patrol the site every few hours throughout you shift to ensure health and safety of residents.
As these are unsociable hours the rate is at £13 per hour on a 12 hour shift

Day shift can start between 7am and 10 am and finish around 6pm
the rate for this shift is £11.52

Due to the nature of this role we are expected to under go a basic DBS background clearance to all successful candidates.

These roles can be adhoc eg.. once twice a month or booked in advance for a week at a time.
