Job Description

We are a specialist food supplier who work with market leading brands. We are well known for our quality and authenticity and our mission is to inspire communities with colourful foods.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor to join us.
You will be directly reporting into the Customer Service Manager whilst managing a team of Customer Service Executives. You will be covering UK and Europe and being responsible for guaranteeing 'first time right' activities.
You will work closely with the distribution Controller, commercial team and liaising with our third party logistic partners to ensure delivery issues are managed and communicated.

A large part of this role will include having to demonstrate good leadership skills whist coaching your team, ensuring they hit KPI's such as order entry, service delivery, order fill as well as returns and credit management.

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader who has a background managing a team. You will also need to have a background in customer service being able to make complex decisions and solve potential problems.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday 9-5. 25 days holiday and on site parking available.
