I am working with a company in the automotive industry who are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The company runs the UK`s largest transporter fleet supporting a large portfolio of long-term customers. The role involves daily liaison with the client, analysis of data, cost control, planning and organising team tasks and priorities. They are offering a salary of £22,000 per annum plus benefits. If you have experience in meeting deadlines, have the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally and have a professional attitude at all times then this could be the role for you.
Your responsibilities will be;
-You will lead, motivate and coach the teams to achieve personal and team targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
-You will lead, motivate and coach team at offsite location.
-You will hold regular 1-2-1 meetings with the team and support individuals with development plans.
-You can take ownership and respond to all customer issues /escalations.
-You will work closely with internal departments to constantly improve the company`s processes and communication.
-You will attend client meetings - maintain and improve client relations, improve added value service provision and assist with any client request.
-You will deal with team recruitment and retention planning.
-You will deal with team training and induction delivery.
