My client is looking for a customer service supervisor to manage and co ordinate a team of customer service executives. Perfect role for a candidate looking to expand their managerial skills.

You will be leading the delivery of order to cash process, measure and report against customer satisfaction KPIS, visiting customers to build relationships, supervising a team of 5/6 customer service executives, set individual performance objectives and development targets - and much more!
You will have great team work skills, with an ability to build and maintain customer confidence. You will have the desire lead, delegate, motivate and empower your team
Requirements are as follows:
Previous management skills within a customer service role
Knowledge using MS applications, sage or a CRM
College level or equivalent
£32,000 - £40,000 with a pension scheme. 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
4 stage interview process including telephone interview, online testing, a face to face competency interview and a final face to face interview with senior manager.
