Job Description
Customer Service Support
My Client in Coventry is looking for a vibrant individual to join their team.
Working to deliver the best possibly service for each customer and responding to general queries from customers.
Hours- Monday- Friday
Salary - £17500 with an increase after successful 6-month probation
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for after sales customer queries
- Accurate maintenance of company records both manually & electronically
- Working as part of a team to streamline processes and ensure best customer service
- Effectively communicate with other internal departments to ensure effective coordination of responsibilities
- Participate in training as required
