Customer Service Advisor

£19000

40 Hours Per Week - Hours between 7:30am-9:00pm

My Client based just outside of Coventry City Centre is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant team.

The company you would be joining pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to all customers, they serve customers within the growing marker to foreign exchange and payment requirements of global businesses and personal clients.

Daily tasks:
- Dealing with customers over the phone
- Updating and keeping track of databases
- Organising follow up conversations
- Fact finding
- Identifying and working to build rapport and relationships with customers

Candidate requirements
- Self-motivated
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Excellent time management
- Stable work history
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Highly organised
- MINIMUM 12-24 MONTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL
