Customer Service Team Leader

Due to expanding teams we're looking for a Team Leader for one of our Travel Advisor Teams. We're passionate about travel and we expect you to be too!
We're a recognised name when it comes to travel and luxury holidays, we love Summer Sun and Winter Snow and we ant our staff to love our world as much as we do.

We're not a high street travel agent, we're much more bespoke than that so we have teams of Travel Advisors who need a Team Leader!
The bulk of the your teams role's are to take incoming sales enquiries on the phone and e-mail. Following through and closing the deal with great customer care and dedication. With this in mind it is your role to….
" Manage the Teams Performance.
" Track figures and KPI's
" Be the first port of call with Staff or HR issue
" Get involved with Customers Service and be a Travel Advisor when needed!
This position is 5 days a week and does include every other Saturday. Normal hours of work are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.

The Ideal candidate will have a similar background to what our role entails. It's not essential that you come from the Travel Industry (although it will help!) but we do want somebody with a strong experience of leading a team in a Customer Service / Sales lead environment.
