Full time, Coventry
Early finish every Friday
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Or do you have good knowledge working within Customer Services and you`re looking for an opportunity to progress into a Team Leader position?
Do you have a level of majority when speaking with Customers with an empathetic yet engaging approach?

If yes, this position could be for you!

I am working with a company based in Coventry that is looking to recruit a Team Leader due to expansion and growth within the business.

As the Customer Service Team Leader you will support and guide a small Customer Service Team ensuring that best practice is maintained whilst leading by example.

Overall responsibilities include -
Working with customers ensuring that all queries are responded to and resolved within a timely manner
Ensuring all KPI`s are being met and the Team is running smoothly across all business channels,
Providing hands on support with customer enquiries and processing of orders
Customer problem solving when required
Keeping in contact with other business areas
Responding to Emails
Raising invoices and credits
Keeping the CRM database up to date with customer records
Rota management of the Team

About you
Knowledge leading a Team
Have excellent communication skills
Be organised and able to work unsupervised
Be able to lead and motivate a team
Strong time management
Be self motivated

Good IT skills - knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous
