We're not a high street travel agent, we're much more bespoke than that so we have teams of Travel Advisors who need a Team Leader!
The bulk of your teams roles are to take incoming sales enquiries on the phone and e-mail. Following through and closing the deal with great customer care and dedication. With this in mind it is your role to….
" Manage the Teams Performance.
" Track figures and KPI's
" Be the first port of call with Staff or HR issue
" Get involved with Customers Service and be a Travel Advisor when needed!
This position is 5 days a week and does include every other Saturday. Normal hours of work are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
The Ideal candidate will have a similar background to what our role entails. It's not essential that you come from the Travel Industry (although it will help!) but we do want somebody with a strong experience of leading a team in a Customer Service / Sales lead environment.
