Role: Customer Service Team Support
Location: Nottingham (NG7)
Salary: Competitive Salary & generous bonus scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday (35 hours)

In this role you will be undertaking administrative tasks, general office duties and transferring inbound calls to the relevant team member. You will also create and update delivery requests and process dispatch reports.
In order to be successful in this role, you must sustain a good working relationship with customers and clients, and deal with any queries they may have whilst providing a high level of customer service.
The Successful candidate will need:
" Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone
" Customer service and administration skills
" To be organised and prioritise work loads
" Previous experience of using Microsoft Office and Windows
" Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
