Job Description

A large global supplier is looking to add to their team and this is an opportunity you don`t want to miss out on.
The successful candidate will join a busy company and vibrant team as a Customer Service Transport Administrator and will work on the dock in Avonmouth, due to this it would be good to drive/ have own vehicle. This is a very challenging role in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.
In this role you will work as part of a small team responsible for providing a GOLDEN customer service, order processing and maintaining a quality system, quality policies and standards in compliance with all internal systems and external regulations. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Customer service
2. Order processing
3. Setting up contracts and new clients on our dedicated system
4. Communicating with merchants, farmers and drivers
5. Take control of IBC orders and IBC stocks across various terminals and suppliers
6. Support of commercial manager
7. Routing of vehicles
8. Checking invoices
9. Creating reports on our dedicated system and through Excel
10. General office duties such as filing, photocopying etc

5. Be able to self-motivate during our quieter times in the summer
6. Enjoy working as part of a small team

10. Possess a good phone manner
11. Have some work and Excel experience
12. Be patient and confident when dealing with customers
13. Be a good organiser
