Are you a student or recent Graduate looking for some temporary work?

A local lettings company based in central Southampton is looking for:

End of Tenancy Inspectors

Period: Friday 28th and Saturday 29th June (2 days)
Hours: 12noon to 8pm on Friday and 10 to 6pm on Saturday + 1 hour training session (tbc)

Duties will include the following:
Carrying out approximately 6-8 `End of Tenancy Cleaning Inspections` on empty properties each day

You must own the following:
A digital camera with a date stamp function

Ideally you are a University student or a recent Graduate. A good knowledge
of the local area is essential. A basic understanding of the purpose of an
inventory and preferably personal experience of filling out an inventory
would be helpful. Full training is given.

You must attend a 1 hour training session of either Saturday 22 June or Sunday 23 June.


This role is paying £8.21 per hour
