Our local client is the UK's premier specialist vegetarian and vegan food distributors within the food service sector. They have an extensive knowledge of our specialist products and offer advice on nutrition, menu planning - in order to help exceed client's demands for exciting, innovative and healthy vegetarian and vegan menus.
For this role you will need to have experience in working in a office environment within a customer service or accounts management background. Must also be good on computers and working with Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Sage is desirable.
This role is Full-time based on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday.
Day to day duties include order taking and make sure the request is handled professionally and accurately.
Dealing with a wide variety of administration duties along with answering customer service calls and overflow calls from the inbound orders group. Must be confident and committed, outgoing and happy to work on your own or as part of the team when required to do so. You need to be flexible enthusiastic innovative and a self starting person. Update and maintain customer records on the database keeping daily / weekly / monthly reports up to date. Answering and investigating customer service issues from start to conclusion. Entering orders onto Sage , electronic invoicing and orders. Inputting all invoice details required on web portals.
