Job Description

Are you looking to start your career within a customer services role? Or are you an experienced customer service agent looking for your next position? We are looking for customer service agents to join this busy team to start in February.
As a valued part of the customer service team you will be at the heart of the business providing customers with a first class service. Your previous experience of customer service can be from any background or industry as long as you have the transferable skills required to do the role to the highest standard and the confidence to communicate with customers over the phone.
To apply for the job you will have previous customer service experience (within financial services or pensions desirable but not essential), excellent written and verbal skills, a confident Microsoft Office user including Word and Excel and organised and able to work towards deadlines.
We are looking for both full and part time colleagues to join the team and the working hours are between 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm. (37.5 hrs a week)
