Job Description
Are you looking for a temporary customer service or administration contract to start immediately based in Manor Royal.
Flexible 35 hour per week contracts working Monday to Friday and paid weekly, with on site parking, staff canteen and free gym!
This busy and varied role within a financial services company is to deliver excellent customer service and provide administration support to their customers and team. Your main duties will include answering emails using a template, responding to customer queries and requests and updating the inhouse database as well as answering inbound calls from customers. If you would prefer to just do administration or customer service these options are also available.
You will need to have good IT skills , a clear communicator, attention to detail and able to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
Ideally you will come from an administration or customer services background all sectors considered including hospitality and retail.
Monday to Friday, flexible 35 hour working week with free parking on site and on a main bus route.
Onsite restaurant, canteen facilities and gym.
Paid weekly at £11.00 per hour with holiday pay
There is also the opportunities for temp to perm jobs with this client for the right individual.
