Job Description

Are you looking for a phone based Customer services role?

A local employer based in Romsey is looking to add to their Customer Services team, the role is dealing with existing customers with enquiries over the phone and by email.

They're looking for candidates who have strong Customer Services experience either from a previous phone based role or from a retail environment, good admin skills, literacy and grammar as well as excellent communication skills.

The role is working 5 in 7 days with one of the days being at the weekend (these will be set shift) - 40 hours per week.

This is a temp to perm opportunity, which will lead to the successful candidates going permanent after 12 weeks temping.

£9.06 - £9.15 per hour
