Job Description

Brook Street UK Ltd are supporting our client based in Co.Antrim who have a vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator

The role is full time hours, Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 and temporary ongoing

The skills required for this role, are excellent numeracy skills to include experience of costing and invoicing customer files, effective communication skills, experience in the use of Microsoft Office, internet and e-mail

The successful applicant will pro-actively engage in all aspects of customer services track & trace, generate delivery labels, customer quotations, etc. Liaise with company finance department ensuring all sales and costing queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

To be considered for this post, the successful applicant must have at least six months' experience in working in a customer focused environment,

You will be paid an hourly rate of £8.91 paid to you on a weekly basis
