Job Description

Salary: £20,000
Location: Gillingham (you must be a driver due to the rural location)
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

This is an exciting new opportunity to join a progressive, innovative company within an extremely friendly and well established team where hard work is rewarded with regular early Friday finishes and you will be given the chance to grow and develop within the business.

You will have customer service experience within an office based environment, have dealt with customers either face to face or over the phone/email, have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills. You will also be confident using IT systems and have experience using MS Office.

Your duties will include - acting as a first point of contact for the business, offer technical support to customers, complete all associated administration including documenting communication and managing customer account information, managing office supplies and other ad hoc duties.
