Job Description

Due to company growth my client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator in Purfleet.

We are looking for a good standard of written and spoken English , good communication skills and a friendly personality to join our friendly team. Due to the location you will need to drive with your own transport and there is on site parking.

Your duties will include:

Entering client information onto the in-house booking system
Printing , collating and posting initial documents to clients
Monitoring and answering the Customer Service email folder
Operating the web chat facility
Obtaining client information via email and phone

This will be shift work working on a 2 week rota basis:

Week 1 Monday- Thursday 9.00am -5.30pm Saturday 9am-5pm
Week 2 Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm Friday 10am - 6pm


The ideal candidate will ideally have come from an administration background and working within Customer Services in return this will be working for a progressive company who encourage organic career development and enjoy a low turnover of staff.
