Job Description

My client is looking for someone with a great customer service / administration background to be the point of contact for incoming queries.

You will be required to conduct the daily admin tasks and report to the office manager. You will help support the help desk as and when is needed. You will need good all round IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), a confident ad professional phone manner. Previous experience of help desk and accurate data entry is essential.
