Job Description

Salary: £22,500
Based in Sevenoaks - with FREE PARKING and fantastic company benefits!
Hours: 8am-4.30pm/5pm Monday to Friday

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to work for a progressive, expanding and extremely friendly company. This firm is a lovely place to work, you will be joining a long standing team who have a hard working but fun attitude.

You will be responsible for the following duties, processing orders and customer requests, maintaining communication with customers - both written and verbal, working continuously to improve overall service levels and supporting other departments and teams with regards to customers and their orders.

Customer service experience is essential! And you will have ideally worked within an office environment previously and carried out similar duties in your position.

You must be able to work with a high level of accuracy, have a good attention to detail, possess good communication skills, be computer literate and able to work to and meet deadlines.
