Job Description

We have a range of stock related to the mechanical services, heating, plumbing, air ventilation, and electrical industries. We are LOOKING FOR 2 people to join our team.

Offering to pay £22,000 which is negotiable depending on experience as well as a Bonus Scheme. This role includes Pension and Health Insurance after 3 months Probationary period. 23 + 8 Days (Bank Holiday). Work 1 Saturday a Month.

You will be answering calls from clients. Taking orders over the phone and email orders. Chasing quotes and Updating notes for Company procedures. Account ownership; you'll keep on top of your clients. Work well under pressure in a busy environment. Provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly and dependable services. Friendly and close-knit environment looking for someone to join and work together. You will be based in our office NOT in the field.

We are looking for people with Plumbing and Heating product KNOWLEDGE. Great relationship building. Used to dealing with customers. Great telephone manner.
