Customer Services Executive

Job Description

My client is recruiting for a customer service executive to join their fast paced and growing team. This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to expand their customer service experience and gain knowledge within the food industry.

My client is one of Europe's largest specialist food companies, manufacturer and supplier of authentic ethnic food, serving the chefs and owners of Asian and Afro Caribbean restaurant and takeaways with a diverse consumer portfolio.

The focus of this role is to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to customers at all times. You will be processing customer orders, providing query management and resolutions, allocating stock, handling complaints and logging issues. This is a fast paced environment interacting with logistics and S&OP.

You will have a great attention to detail with excellent communication skills and an ability to work hard and keep calm under pressure.

You will be required to be computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications. A customer service work history is essential with a minimum or 1 years experience.

This role is paying £23,000 with a pension scheme in place. You will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

3 stage interview process including telephone interview, online testing and a face to face competency interview.
