Job Description

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Benefits: 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, free parking, pension & healthcare after 12 months.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an amazing local employer who have a low turnover of staff, long standing employees and the chance to progress.

This is an exciting and demanding role that will give you a chance to play a key role within the industry and company. You will be acting as the first point of contact for most customers, managing your own workload, ensuring enquiries are answered promptly, the orders are booked accurately and jobs are delivered on time.

Your duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact, ensuring that all orders are dealt with efficiently
- Liaising with planning and production team to negotiate production and delivery dates.
- Dealing with both new projects and repeat orders for the customers from beginning to end
- Supporting both external sales and external account managers with their internal admin

You will have worked within a similar role previously, completing Sales Administration, be customer focused, able to deal with people at all levels, able to work as part of a team, self-motivated and a good telephone manner.
