Job Description

Excellent opportunity to join a large, global organisation based in the centre of Redhill as an Insurance Claims Handler, within the first notification of loss department.

Successful candidates must be available to start on Monday 3rd December 2018.

You will be taking incoming call relating to insurance claims and passing them through to relevant departments.

You will have previous experience in customer service, and have excellent IT skills and good communication. You must also be able to work on their rotating shift pattern operating between 7am - 9pm across the 7 days, working a total of 35 hours a week.

A competitive salary of £19,350 plus shift allowance (total package £20,704) and excellent benefits package is on offer for this role.

This is a Fixed Term contract until 31st March 2018 - but will be looked to renew to a perm role in the new financial year - 1st April 2019.

As this is a financial organisation you must have no CCJs. Start dates are fixed No holidays during 5 weeks of training
