Job Description

Role: Customer Services
Salary: £19,250 per annum, + eligible to join annual company bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary
Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday - Friday shifts between 9am and 7pm and 1 in 2 Saturday`s 9am - 1pm with time off in lieu

Do you put customers at the heart of everything you do and enjoy working in a fast paced and target driven environment?

We are currently looking for keen and enthusiastic individuals to join an exciting new customer service team based in Swindon. You will be responsible for responding to customers queries, processing customers requests and providing customers with relevant information in regards to changes to products, processes and procedures.

All interviews will be done via Teams with successful candidates being invited to start in January 2022.
