Working in our busy customer services department you will be required to respond to customers questions and queries regarding their products, support the call centre with over flow calls and deal with enquiries quickly via email correspondence and over the phone.
You will be passionate about customer services and all backgrounds considered including candidates from hospitality and retail backgrounds.
Full training is given and will be in the office for 4 weeks, after which the job is working from home Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 7pm (7.5hr shifts), and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 1pm (time back in lieu. - Laptop will be provided.
