Excellent opportunity has arisen for a customer service administrator to join a friendly team with a company that invests in their staff.
This roles will be based in the membership team. Your aim is to deal with a variety of duties to make sure the membership goes well. This includes taking information from surveys, it could be dealing with a conference meeting and trying to find out who is attending. The membership process is detailed and lots of information is needed to get a membership complete. Around 70% computer based and by phone 30%.
The ideal candidate with have:
Excellent telephone manner
Great customer service
A keen eye for detail
Have basic understanding of M/S Office
Be a team player
