This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer services specialist to join at the company`s state of the art head office located in the Purfleet area situated near Lakeside in Thurrock.
You will be working in a fast paced and very busy working environment and alongside working on your own initiative; the ability to work well within a team is paramount. You will need to have excellent communication skills and will be expected to communicate not only over the phone, but via e-mail and in face to face. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a customer service environment with excellent organisational skills, previous experience working within a call centre/ telesales environment would be desirable but is not essential.
The department operates on a Monday -Friday basis 9am-5:30pm but there is out of hour phone that is given on rota basis to take the calls coming in.
Please note, due to the location and duties of this job role to be considered you must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. There is also on site parking.
