Customer Service Team Leader
My client in rugby is looking for a team leader to join their team. Supporting the managers in the daily running of the customer service team. The primary function of this role is the support of processes, including inbound and outbound interactions between customers, insurers and colleagues.
Monday- Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
Saturday- 2x per month - 9:00am- 2:00pm
- Following all company policies and showing other members of the team how to complete these to the company's standards.
- Maintain and produce new procedures
- Dealing with escalated complaints and trying to solve these in a timely manner
- Organising holiday rotas
- Organising team work load and job assignments
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organised
- Self disciplined
- Work well under pressure
- Leadership experience
**Minimum 5 years customer service experience**
