We are working with a manufacturer based in Halifax.

They are looking for a Customer Solutions Advisor.

Salary: £18,000 to £19,000, Working hours Mon-Fri 8:30-5

Duties will include:

Managing customer accounts to ensure complete and fully professional customer care

Conflict management

Responding to customers quickly

Order processing

Production of weekly reports

Pricing of customer accounts
