We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic customer solutions officer to join an established team to cover long term leave for at least the next month on a temporary, full time basis for 35 hours per week.
This will be a remote working role with all equipment provided but you will need to be able to get to the office in Rhydyfelin on the odd occasion.
The role will involve answering calls, speaking to people on live chat and over email, responding to queries and calls from tenants and delegating them if they cannot be resolved.
You will have:
- an excellent phone manner
- customer service experience
- excellent computer skills
- attention to detail
- the ability to cope well under pressure.
Housing association experience is useful but not essential and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
