We are seeking an experienced Customer Success/ Microsoft Alliance Manager to coordinate the alliance relationship between Company and their clients and continue to work closely and collaboratively with Microsoft. We are looking for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies who is passionate about aiding our customers to expand their use cases. You will be versatile and understand the functioning of multiple departments. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to help create win/win environments for all parties.
Day-to-day responsibilities include;
o Owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, by increasing adoption and ensuring retention and satisfaction.
o Making a substantial impact on our cloud application development business by establishing a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
o Driving continued value of our products and services.
Your overall aim is to help drive sales by working to identify or develop upsell opportunities. Additionally, you advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally, and program manage account escalations.
Qualifications and experience required include, educated to Bachelor`s degree level and at least 5 years prior experience in customer success working with large and complex projects, Alternatively, an equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. You will have a passion for sales and technology and the ability to build multi-level relationships with our partners. Previous and positive working relationship with Microsoft would be a distinct advantage.
