Job Description

We are delighted to be working with a charitable organisation based in Belfast City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for Customer Support Advisors to join the team.

Our clients work is built on honest and sound business principles. Our client is in a great location, near the train and Metro routs and the G1 Glider stops. The roles are temporary with a view of these becoming permanent on your 13th week

Your new role will require you to work two weekends in every 4 month rota, you will have 2 days off mid week when you have to work a scheduled weekend, or one day off midweek, if only scheduled to work one day of the weekend
The hours of work are: 07.45-4.15 on week one, 09.15-5.45 on week two, 10.45-7.15 on week three and 12.45-9.15 on week four.

You are a great fit for this role, if you have previous telephone/customer service experience and have a friendly and professional manner. Our client will provide you with 3 weeks training to give you the right support and tools to carry out your new role.

No GCSE`s are required for this role, however, you will need to provide reference details of your previous employer and be willing to carry out an Access NI if successful

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour, paid to you on a weekly basis.
