A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join a team in the Public Sector.
You will need to have administration, contact centre experience and excellent customer service experience.
You will be the first point of contact for customers to answer their queries such as providing information to complete regulatory documents or dealing with a customer who may have been scammed.
You will need to be analytical and empathetic for customers as you will be explaining complex information to customers.
