From £18,380/£18,850 starting salary rising to £20,150/£20,650 after 6 months (role dependent)
Bonus earning potential between £2,295 to £5,040 pa (role dependent)
Shift patterns will be variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll take a variety of inbound calls from customers who may be looking to end their warranty agreement or have a question about their warranty. After listening to their needs, you'll look for the most appropriate solution before talking to them about other products or services that you think may be of interest to them.
Great customer care doesn't happen by chance - it's people like you that make it happen. With plenty of energy and commitment, you'll always strive to do your very best. It would be great if you have worked in a similar highly focused customer service, sales or complaints role in the past, however this isn't essential. You'll thrive on targets and love to be challenged, but you'll always put the customer first too.
