Our client in Oxford Business Park is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide support to the customer relations team. This position is temporary for initially 6 months however; there could be an opportunity for the role to be extended further! The working hours are Monday-Friday 37.50 hours a week and offering an hourly rate of £9.40.
You will be working as frontline engagement and response services for their UK Head office through a multi-channel contact centre operation including telephone, email, social media, webchat and post, providing a high-quality level of customer care. You will need to work in a strong team context, supporting your colleagues to ensure that responses are delivered to both time and quality expectations, working flexibly around schedules and peak periods. You will also need to ensure strong attentions to detail ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate with appropriate information, including taking opportunities for scheduling proactive contacts.
This role is within a government organisation and to be considered for this role you need to complete our compliance procedure as well as a DBS security check.
