Customer Support Advisor

My well known client based on the outskirts of Coventry requires a Customer Support Advisor to join their team! Working closely within a lovely team, developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, Maintain and update customer database
* Respond to customer queries relating to products and liaise with stock control when necessary
* Investigate all queries and complaints
* Promptly answer all incoming departmental calls and emails

Required Skills:
*Previous Customer Service Experience
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Great Telephone Manner
*A Team Player

Salary: £17,000 per annum

Hours 39 between 8-5:30
